Features
Status history, interview rounds, filters, a Sankey of your pipeline, CSV import and export, and analytics — on every device.
IterJobs is deliberately small. It does the few things a job search actually needs, and it keeps a record you can trust.
Track the pipeline
- Every application holds company, role, source, date applied, salary range, URL, contact name and email, notes and the full job description.
- Status moves through Applied → Screening → Interview → Technical → Offer, with Accepted, Rejected, Ghosted and Withdrawn as outcomes.
- Each status change writes a history entry with the time and an optional note, so you can see how long each stage took.
Interviews and outcomes
- Add interview rounds: step, date, interviewer, notes, whether you passed, and why you didn’t.
- Mark the step you failed at, and it shows up in the pipeline view, so drop-off points are visible instead of guessed.
Find anything fast
- Filter by status, source and date; sort by date, company or status.
- Search across company, role and notes.
- Paginated lists that stay fast with hundreds of applications.
See what works
- The Sankey diagram maps source → stage → outcome for your whole search.
- Counts by status and source, and (on Pro) a date range so you can compare this month to last.
Import and export
- Import a CSV from a spreadsheet. Preview it first, see the errors by row, then commit.
- Export everything as CSV or JSON at any time, on any plan. Your data is never locked in.
Anywhere
- Works in the browser on your laptop and your phone. The same account, the same data.
