Terms of service

These terms cover the hosted IterJobs web app.

Your account

You need a verified email address to use the web app. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account. The service is for your own job search. Do not use it to store other people’s data without their permission, to break the law, or to interfere with the service.

Subscriptions and billing

The Free plan is free. Pro is billed monthly or yearly through Paddle, our merchant of record, which also handles applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Failed payments enter a seven-day grace period before the account returns to the Free plan — which never deletes your data.

Your content

Your application data is yours. We store and process it to run the service and nothing else. You can export or delete it at any time from the account page.

Our side

We aim to keep the service available, but it is provided “as is”, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. We may change or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or breaks these terms.
